The aim of this webinar is to provide parents with practical parenting tips from evidence-based parenting research in three areas: 

  1. Supporting parents of adolescent children in managing non-compliant behaviour and enhancing the quality of the parent-teen relationship (Dr. Vilas Sawrikar, Lecturer in Clinical Psychology) 
  2. The role of parents’ thinking on teenagers’ well-being and stress-coping (Claire Tai, PhD researcher)  
  3. Understanding and supporting neurodivergent children and young people using EPIC activities (EPIC: Edinburgh Psychoeducation Intervention for Children and Young People) (Dr Sinead Rhodes, Senior Research Fellow and academic lead for public engagement)
