A reminder that all option forms must be submitted on the Microsoft form by Tuesday 17th January 2023.

You must log in through Glow to complete your options form. The form can only be submitted once.  The link is available on Satchel.

Please do not submit the form until you have read over the option choice booklet, completed your guidance interview and spoken with an adult at home.

The deadline for submission is 17th January 2023, it is not first come, first served so please do not worry if your guidance interview is not scheduled until later this week. It is important that your final choices are made after detailed conversations and serious thought into future plans.
